Using the SteppIR Antenna Control Interface

This interface is intended to provide remote control the SteppIR antenna. It interfaces to the serial control port of the SteppIR control box at the HOST to provide access to:

HOME the antenna elements
Control the 180 degree and Bi-directional capabilities of the beam antenna
Provide frequency control directly from the software, vice using a Y-cable from the radio.
